Ali is handling all administrative and HR issues of ACCs employees such as recruitments, visa,  residence, all types of  leave applications, salary upgrades, formulation of new policies and procedures for the company, interaction with manpower recruitment consultants, employee appraisals, promotions, deals with resignations, terminations, indemnities, import & export materials clearance formalities.  He is also responsible for renewal of all kinds of company licenses and ACC office maintenance.
He has a diploma in Accounts and book keeping from National Bank of Kuwait.
