Arabian Construction Company has established Quality Management System in accordance with internationally recognized standard ISO-9001:2000 in the year 2007. We got recertified to revised standard ISO 9001:2008 and received ISO accreditation from the registrar Bureau Veritas on 8th July 2009.
The scope of certification includes “ Trading, Contracting and project management of Fire fighting & Security services, Information & Communication Technology, Fiber Optic Networks and Engineering Services”
Half yearly Surveillance audits are conducted by Bureau Veritas to check ACCs compliance with the International Standard. Internal audits are conducted at periodic intervals by ACC’s internal auditors to check the effectiveness of QMS, its adequacy and continual improvement.
ACC has established a Quality Policy and is committed to it. The Quality Policy includes ACCs Management commitment to Quality Management System (QMS). ACCs Quality Manual provides an overall outlook of the QMS established in ACC.
ACC maintains a Quality Management System in order to offer best services to clients that conform to recognized international standards, meet client requirements and derive client satisfaction. Checks are in place to ensure that the QMS is reviewed in a manner that continually improves its effectiveness.
Quality Objectives are established at different functional levels and achieved results are measured at regular intervals through score card mechanism. Moreover, half yearly customer satisfactory surveys are conducted in order to continually improve the performance and achieve customer (Client) satisfaction.
